Everyone is welcome to join us - for a few minutes just to chat or  browse around our little plant nursery, for a few hours to sit in the gardens or have a treatment, or for a day or two to study one of our many accredited workshops or courses in complementary medicine and spiritual development. 

Our centre embraces the philosophy of holistic living - we try to tread lightly on the earth. Our gardens are fed by our own compost  and our food is supplied by ourselves or  local growers and is organic where possible. Our handmade chocolates and cakes are the stuff of legend - provided  by our beautiful daughter Laura!

Our life is gentle and easy - the house is 200 years old - the orchard is mature with gnarled fruit trees that have never been sprayed with anything - the apples and pears are not all uniform in size  - and they don't have a complex about it!!
We have lots of wildlife who enjoy living around us - the squirrels get the walnuts from our trees before us every year without fail, and the sound of the wild  owls living in the aboretum is magical - its a very special place - we hope you love it as much as we do!

Our centre is now closed for the winter period for refurbishment - and is no place for study at the moment! 

We shall be holding courses in suitable venues close to the centre for the forseeable future until Mr Workman has done his stuff!!

If you would like at therapy treatment during this time - we are able to come to you - but treatments are not going to be available at the centre for a while. 

Our gardens are also closed now - we are all busily preparing for next year .....

Big changes are in front of us - really exciting times ahead - watch this space .....
